Honoring history, we became the first in the world to faithfully revive the vintage tires once used as OEM equipment for Harley-Davidson motorcycles in the 1940s, introducing "THE DELUXE" as our debut model. This vintage tire faithfully reproduces an original ALLSTATE TIRES design from the 1930s–40s.
Its standout feature is the bold rib pattern that flows seamlessly from the sidewall to the center tread—subtle in form, yet striking in presence.
With its understated design, this model delivers a true “vintage” look that speaks for itself.
The contact patch features a unique wave-pattern tread rarely seen in modern tires, adding a nostalgic charm and character that’s distinctively Safety Tread.
The sidewall is embossed with the classic fan-shaped “SAFETY TREAD” logo. When finished with white lettering, it brings out a more refined, period-correct aesthetic—perfect for adding a standout touch to your build.

THE DELUXE

This legendary tread pattern, originally used as an OEM tire for Harley-Davidson motorcycles from the 1940s to mid-1950s, has been faithfully revived by ALLSTATE TIRES—the first in the world to do so.
Staying true to its roots, this authentic model captures the spirit of the era down to the finest detail.

The sidewall features the iconic “DELUXE” stamp, a registered ALLSTATE trademark, adding a refined touch that enhances the overall aesthetic of your build.

It uses a rare 1-3/4 inch (44.45mm) pipe—no longer manufactured domestically—which provides a more natural fit and silhouette than the modern 45mm standard. Basic clearance for engine surroundings is accounted for, though adjustments may be required depending on your custom setup.

It features a 1-3/4 inch (44.45mm) pipe—true to the original spec—painstakingly reproduced in diameter, bend, and mounting angle.
Compared to modern 45mm pipes, the subtle 0.5mm difference results in a noticeably improved fit around knucklehead ports and squashed pipe setups.
